The UX & Digital Designer is responsible for understanding user behaviors that drive sales, retention and long-term customer satisfaction and designing software and platforms that meet people’s needs. You will combine interfaces and workflows to define and enhance user experience. The role requires an analytical and creative designer who can grasp user needs and solve problems. Ultimately, this role will make our product more user-friendly and intuitive to attract and retain customers. This role will work closely with Science, Technology, Operations, Customer Acquisition, and Brand to deliver customer research and product insights needs.  

  • Develop wireframes and task flows based on user needs
  • Build functional review documents
  • Create UAT testing scenarios and success criteria
  • Develop digital designs based on approved wireframes
  • Collaborate with Designers, Brand, and Developers to create intuitive, user-friendly software
  • Maintain a list of customers’ experience-based product and service improvements
  • Understand product specifications and user psychology
  • Conduct concept and usability testing and gather feedback
  • Create personas through user research and data
  • Find creative ways to solve UX problems (e.g. usability, findability)
  • Maintain awareness of competitor products and industry trends
  • Secondary support for general graphic design needs


  • Strong portfolio of wireframe and digital design projects
  • Familiarity with interaction design and information architecture

•    5 years or more experience using active CX platforms 
•    5 years or more design research
•    3 years or more experience with Adobe Suite
•    2 years or more quantitative and qualitative research
•    Strong working knowledge of UX management tools
•    Strong working knowledge of research platforms
•    Bachelor’s degree in HCI, Industrial Design, UX related field 
•    Familiarity with Figma preferred 
•    Familiarity with Flutter, HTML/CSS is preferred
